An opportunity exists for an organised and energetic administrator to join our client based in the Tsitsikamma.
In this role you will:
- Provide administration support to all the team members
- Record and administer all stock orders
- Invoice and manage all stock sales
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Correctly capture and manage all sales and stock movement
- Process and administer all relevant bookkeeping transactions
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong computer skills – Pastel experience essential!
- An eye for detail and the ability to assimilate new information
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work independently in a well organised manner and set priorities to meet deadlines
- Initiative to put efficient processes and procedures in place.
