Vacancy – Office Administrator

An opportunity exists for an organised and energetic administrator to join our client based in the Tsitsikamma.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administration support to all the team members
  • Record and administer all stock orders
  • Invoice and manage all stock sales
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Correctly capture and manage all sales and stock movement
  • Process and administer all relevant bookkeeping transactions

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong computer skills – Pastel experience essential!
  • An eye for detail and the ability to assimilate new information
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to work independently in a well organised manner and set priorities to meet deadlines
  • Initiative to put efficient processes and procedures in place.
