We are recruiting for a receptionist / administrator for our client in Grahamstown. This position is a half day position (8am – 1pm)

Requirements

  • Professionally presentable
  • Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy and with high attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with high levels of integrity
  • High energy levels
  • Effective time management skills, organised, systematic with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Matric (and an appropriate tertiary qualification would be an advantage)
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a receptionist and/or administrator
